Company Policies at 3 Diamond

At 3 Diamond, clear company policies help create a dependable experience for customers, sales representatives, and partners. The company’s policies page outlines practical guidance for payments, returns, recalls, defective games, account credits, communications, shipping, and equipment leases. Together, these policies help customers understand what to expect and how to take action when they need assistance. Whether an organization is placing an order, managing an invoice, returning games, or arranging equipment service, 3 Diamond aims to make the process straightforward and responsive.

3 Diamond maintains locations in Spring Lake Park, Duluth, Winona, and Waite Park, Minnesota. Each listed location operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Customers can work with their sales representative or contact the main office for help with account questions, shipping needs, payment arrangements, and communication preferences.

Payment Expectations

Timely payment is an important part of maintaining a smooth customer relationship. According to 3 Diamond’s policy, payments are due within 30 days of the original invoice. Amounts not received within that period are considered past due, and the state may be notified in accordance with applicable state rules. Customers may pay by check or may choose automatic ACH payment. For information about ACH enrollment or account-specific payment questions, customers are encouraged to contact their sales representative.

Returns, Recalls, and Defective Games

3 Diamond recognizes that returns may occasionally be necessary. Customers who need to return games may work with the company to have those games returned in a timely manner. However, credit may not be available for games that are damaged, written on, seasonal, or otherwise not suitable for resale. This approach supports fair handling of returns while helping ensure that reusable inventory remains in acceptable condition.

Manufacturer recalls and defective products also require prompt attention. When a manufacturer recall occurs, a 3 Diamond sales representative will notify affected customers as soon as possible. Recalled games should be handled quickly, because once 3 Diamond has returned the recalled games to the manufacturer, the company may not provide credit for recalled items returned afterward. Defective games must also be addressed promptly. Customers can refer to the “How to Handle a Defective in Play” form in the Documents section of the 3 Diamond website for additional guidance.

Using Account Credits

When a customer receives credit for a return, recall, or defective game, that credit should be used on the next payment. For customers enrolled in ACH, credits are automatically applied to the next withdrawal. This process helps keep account activity organized and makes it easier to recognize available credits without unnecessary delays.

Communications and Customer Choice

3 Diamond works to communicate with customers as effectively as possible. Customers who no longer wish to receive a particular form of communication can use the available unsubscribe option. They may also contact their sales representative or the main office to request removal from communications. Providing clear options helps customers stay connected to information that is useful to them while respecting their communication preferences.

Shipping and Equipment Leases

3 Diamond can ship products through UPS. The company notes a 50-pound weight limit, which typically allows up to four games in one box. To help support same-day shipment, orders that need to be shipped should be received by noon. Shipping costs vary by order, allowing charges to reflect the specific shipment requirements.

Certain equipment may also be available on a lease basis, including tri-wheel tables, V2 Horse Racing systems, and handheld bingo devices. Lease terms vary by equipment arrangement, and customers are responsible for damage and repairs to leased equipment. Customers should discuss available terms with their 3 Diamond representative before finalizing a lease.

A Reliable Policy Framework

3 Diamond works with nearly all licensed manufacturers in Minnesota and lists manufacturers including American Games, Arrow International, Trade Products, Ace Novelty, Universal Manufacturing, Paramount Games, Diamond Game, and International Gamco. By pairing a broad manufacturer network with clear operational policies, 3 Diamond helps customers make informed decisions and manage their accounts with confidence.
